The Groupe Menguy Investissements, an active holding for the groupe, has for mission to be the designer of the new land projects and the realization of property promotions. Each project is analysed in detail on the local and national market.
It takes into consideration all the realities and regional economical orientations with their qualified partners (the community, banks, insurances, advise from the town planning and architect). The selection of a location and the environment, validation of the quality of the construction, respect of Appart'City Cap Affaires terms and conditions and the necessary services for the running are the missions assigned to GMI.
Each year more than 25 files are studied. Only the most effective projects are kept.
