Created since the beginning of the 1990's, the Groupe Menguy Investissements,
conceives, develops, commercialises and manages tourism and business
residences in the heart of towns centres. With the expertise of its
subsidiaries, it has initiated concepts which have met with a keen success
and a growing interest. The Groupe has become one of the major in its
activity and with the Finama Private Equity investment funds, ACTO at
its side, it reinforces its growing for the future years.
With a rhythm of 12 new residences opening each year, the Groupe will double its park by 2008. It will reinforce its place as leader in Frane spreading in parallel towards the bordering countries.
